How We Differentiate Ourselves

Real Estate investing isn’t fool proof, but we believe yields and risks are a function of factors which can be properly evaluated prior to making an investment. When an investor makes an investment in one of our projects, they know that Meer Capital Partners has substantially evaluated the local economy, job creation and resident or tenant profiles.

Meer Capital Partners operates with the belief that we can operate somewhat under the radar of the larger developers and acquisition firms. We are quite happy working to assemble a large number of parcels of property to create a viable project, a process many larger firms would see as a headache. Furthermore, we like large master planned communities, because we excel at building properties within a master community concept. The larger developers do not generally do business with master planned community developers because the master planner does not wish to share their contacts with a developer they see as their direct competitor. Meer Capital Partners fits the profile that the master planned community developer would wish to collaborate with for their multi-family or other real estate product types.

The Company differentiates itself by doing the right thing and believing the rest will work itself out. We have always taken the stance that the resident is the key to a successful residential community just as the tenant is the key to a successful commercial real estate development. As such, we constantly interview residents and commercial tenants and we shop our competition routinely to see what the they are doing and how their tenants or residents are reacting to their amenities and product offerings.

Meer Capital Partners continues to hire professionals with real estate experience for our operations. We train seasoned professionals in our methodology and we have been very successful with our staffing program in building a seasoned master-mind group of employees.
